Most institutions that come out below their own expectation are not weaker than the ones that come out above it. They are less well documented. The teaching happened, the outreach happened, the research happened — and none of it was recorded in a form anyone outside the institution could verify.
That is the gap we work in, and it is an internal one. It is fixable by your own staff, given the right systems and enough lead time.

- Self-study support — helping your team write and assemble your own submission, in your own voice
- Mock internal review — a rehearsal before it matters, including preparing the people who will be in the room
- Faculty capability — because systems fail wherever teaching staff do not own them
What we are, and what we are not
Epigenesis Edu Private Limited is an independent private consultancy. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, empanelled with or acting on behalf of any accreditation council, regulatory body or government department. We have no role in and no influence over any assessment, and we do not offer, imply or accept any commitment regarding a grade, score or accreditation outcome.
What we do is help your own people build the systems, the records and the confidence to present your institution accurately. Official requirements, procedures and documentation formats should be obtained directly from the relevant council’s own website — we will not restate them for you, and you should be wary of any consultant who does.
How we engage
We begin with a readiness review rather than a free pitch, because a serious answer requires reading your actual records. It stands alone as a piece of work — you can act on it yourself, with us, or with anyone else.
Engagements beyond that are priced by scope. Tell us what you need and we will quote against it plainly, with what is included set out in writing before anyone commits.
Who we are
Epigenesis Edu Private Limited has been registered since 2015 (CIN U80302RJ2015PTC048432), is MSME registered, and works across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Unusually for this sector, our team also teaches — so our faculty work is delivered by people who are still in classrooms the rest of the year. We are glad to provide institutional references on request.
