Cancellation and Refunds

This policy explains when you can cancel and what you get back. It applies to all coaching and supervision fees paid to Epigenesis Edu Private Limited.

1. The demo class is free

The thirty-minute demo costs nothing and requires no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time by replying to your confirmation email.

2. Full refund before classes begin

If you have paid but your first class has not yet been taught, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the fees paid, with no deduction and no questions asked.

3. Once classes have begun

After the first paid class has been taught, fees for that programme are non-refundable. This is because slots are reserved for you and teaching time is allocated in advance.

We recognise that circumstances change. If you need to stop part-way through for a serious reason — illness, relocation, a family emergency — write to us. We will look at transferring your remaining balance to a later batch, to a different programme, or to a sibling, and we will be reasonable about it.

4. Classes we cancel

• If we cancel a session, we reschedule it at no cost to you.
• If we cannot deliver a programme you have paid for, we refund the unused portion in full.

5. How to request a refund

• Email epigenesisedu@gmail.com from the address used at booking, with the student name and the date of payment.
• We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
• Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
• The refund reaches you within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The final credit timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If you simply need a different time, you do not need to cancel. Tell us at least 12 hours before the session and we will move it at no charge.

7. Institutional engagements

Consulting engagements for institutions are governed by the individual engagement letter signed with that institution, which sets out its own cancellation terms.
