Why “epigenesis”
Epigenesis is the idea that complex form develops through a sequence of steps, rather than being present in miniature from the start. It describes what we think education actually is — and what we think most coaching gets wrong. Capability is built in order, and skipping a step is why students and institutions stall.
What we do
Two things, from the same conviction.
We teach mathematics to students preparing for boards and entrance exams — Class X, Class XII, CAT and other competitive exams.
And we help colleges build the internal quality systems and documentation practice that accreditation processes call for, including faculty development.
The link between them is diagnosis: finding the specific gap, then closing it in the right order.
How we work
We start every relationship with an assessment rather than a pitch, and the assessment is useful to you whether or not you go on to work with us. If we think you would be better served elsewhere, we say so. That costs us some business and it is still the right way to run this.
Our team teaches as well as consults. That is unusual in educational consulting, and it is the reason our faculty development work tends to land — the people running the sessions are in classrooms the rest of the year.

We are an independent consultancy. We hold no affiliation with, authorisation from or agency for any accreditation council or regulatory body, and we make no promises about outcomes that are not ours to make.
